Holiday villa near the sea & light
At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few steps from the sea, lies this cosy villa – a place where you feel right at home the moment you arrive. The beach, water sports centre, ferry to Saint-Tropez and the aroma of fresh baguettes from the nearby supermarket are all just 500 metres away.
Spanning 160 m², the house exudes a sense of tranquillity and comfort. The living area, with its fireplace, reading corner and soft lighting, invites you to enjoy quiet moments, whilst life and conversation naturally spill out onto the terraces and into the garden. Three cosy bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep; the rooms are bright, airy and designed to be soothing.
Outside, a spacious, fully fenced plot opens up. The private pool glistens in the sun, whilst the terraces invite you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, an evening barbecue and moments of relaxation beneath the Côte d’Azur sky. Pets enjoy freedom and safety, and joggers and walkers will find their routes right on the doorstep.
Village life, with its cafés, markets and restaurants, is close by, and the sea is never far away – yet this spot remains peaceful and secluded.

Immer wieder ein Traum
21. October 2023
Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub den gesamten September in der Villa Regina – zum dritten Mal. Es war wieder super schön. In diesem Haus ist alles da was man braucht. Es hat eine besondere Atmosphäre und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit Ansprechpartner und sei es nur eine Kleinigkeit.
Dieses Jahr wurden wir von wunderschönen Illuminationen im Garten und auf den Terrassen überrascht.
Außerdem herrscht eine himmlische Ruhe.
Wir haben bereits wieder gebucht.

Wir waren mit 2 Personen und Hund vom 13.05.2023 bis 27.05.2023 zum wiederholtem Male zu Gast in der Villa Regina. Wir haben uns wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Die liebenswerte Gastgeberin Frau Kluzak stand auch diesmal wieder mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir vergeben 5 von 5 Sternen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Regina hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der grosse, komplett eingezäunte Umschwung hat uns und den Hunden super gefallen. Auch die Vermieterin ist herzlich,freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Zeit (zum dritten Mal) in der Villa Regina!
Unser Hund (neu dabei) wurde auch herzlich willkommen geheißen!
In der Villa Regina findet man alles vor was benötigt wird. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort und in der näheren Umgebung sind augezeichnet!
Ebenso hat die sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin Frau Klutzak Tips für (Einkauf/Ausflug/ etc…) bereit.

Wir haben die ersten drei Wochen im September in der Villa Regina verbracht – das fünfte Mal.
Für uns war es ein wenig wie “heimkommen”.
Auch diesmal fühlten wir uns sehr wohl.
Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich, egal was es ist.
Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.
