Villa Bellevue

The large living room with fireplace has a large sliding glass door to the south that completely sinks into the wall when slid open. From there you can access a semi-covered terrace with rustic wooden beams. The sea view is so magnificent and soothing from the salon and terrace that you feel like a king in his castle, especially when you see the lights of Saint Tropez in the evening.

Pool & Outdoor Space:

The villa is located on a hillside and therefore consists of different floors. On the level of the living room and 2 bedrooms are terraces. From the kitchen another door leads to the garden with a small lawn and to the barbecue. The villa is surrounded by a green zone, so it is quiet there and you can enjoy your privacy.
The pool, which is located a bit further down, is easily accessible via an outdoor staircase. The saltwater pool with a size of 13 m x 5.50 m has an additional outdoor shower.
A dining table and other seating furniture, as well as sun loungers complete the terraces at the house and the pool and perfectly round off the luxurious outdoor living.
The nearest bathing bay, restaurants, small supermarket, chapel, mini golf course are about 1.8 km away.

Dog owners, joggers, cyclists and people who like to spend time in nature can enjoy the huge nature reserve (2 minutes walk away) with a fantastic view of the beaches of Fréjus, the bay of Saint Raphaël and the Esterel Mountains. Also within walking distance is the observation tower “Le Belvédère” of Les Issambres with 360° panoramic view. A truly impressive view.

The center of Les Issambres is about 2.2 km away. There you will find restaurants, stores, supermarket, bakery, cafes, pharmacy, banks, post office, newsagents, wine merchants, tourist office, Monday weekly market, thalassotherapy hotel, various bathing bays and the marina with regular boat service to Saint Tropez in high season.

In the season from 1.4. to 1.11. arrival is possible only on Saturday.
